Seems to be related to #24

When using a link to a specific part of a page (for example, https://dipy.org/documentation/1.0.0./reference/dipy.io/#dipy.io.streamline.load_tractogram), the element that should be the at the top (in this case, the large load_tractogram) is getting hidden behind the top banner. I find it a bit counter-intuitive.

ok, I see, Thank you for the feedback! I do not know yet how to fix it but it should be a way to do it
