Correctly return response for Hue

A large variety of responses sent back to devices are incorrect causing numerous issues from pairing to controlling the light.

1. Investigate all error responses sent
2. Properly handle all requests of the Hue protocol
3. Integrate responses into the module for processing.
4. Ensure all response protocols serve data correctly as expected by a Hue application

This will serve to replace all similar issues caused by this core problem.
