honor directories in .gitignore

if you have "subdir" in .gitignore, shouldn't vcprompt stay quiet if you cd $repo/subdir?

I think this is worth adding as an option. -i/--skip-ignored maybe?

sounds good to me. i am not sure whether this covers all scenarios, but it'll definitely be a good first step.

I've (finally) decided against implementing this. vcprompt has already become much larger and more complex than I ever intended. This would add even more complexity for a very small feature.
