typedef struct S {
   unsigned x[10];
   unsigned y;
   unsigned int z[10];
} S;

void foo(void)
{
    unsigned x = 5;
}

=>

struct S {
   [10] x;
    y;
   uint[10] z;
}

void foo() {
     x = 5;
}

I believe unsigned without a further type is unsigned int.
