- updated treetagger module paths in build.xml
- updated version id of tagger-de-le in pom.xml
- commented out mongolian tagger in pom.xml (not found)
- adjusted TreeTaggerPosTaggerTest.java according to changes: removed tag 'ADJ', numbers -> @card@
