Original Savannah ticket 6393 reported by ewv on Sun Feb 10 12:06:10 2008.

It's needed to understand if it's necessary to use a queue system for the jobs submitted by the server, using condor_g scheduler.

Here there is the PA JobQueue component which can be reused.
