Given the high level of access with local tools on T2_CH_CERN:AnalysisOps, we are asked by Physics/PPD to consider also non-CRAB access in addition to CRAB access when measuring popularity for deletion of data in the T2_CH_CERN:AnalysisOps space.

Can be implemented using 'xrdpopularity' APIs instead of 'popularity' APIs for T2_CH_CERN access.

Max confirmed that every group at T2_CH_CERN (including AnalysisOps) is already using 'xrdpopularity' instead of CRAB 'popularity' APIs to measure accesses, so local access is already properly tracked. Closing.
