IllegalStack doesn't remove orphan piston base

Orphan piston base doesn't get removed, following this tutorial (Step 1-8 is sufficient to get a single piston head to explode):

Using IllegalStack 2.1.2d:

Seems to me like an off-by-one error (ignore Y, notice the X coordinate):

It looks like you've teleported right on top of the offending piston. Which is the piston that I assume the head is missing from. Is this still an issue in the current version?? 2.1.3c
