Use `.env` file to set `MAILSCRIPT_LOGIN_URL` for local development. See the README.md for more details.
Defaults to `$HOME/.mailscript`, but can be set for testing using the `MAILSCRIPT_CONFIG_PATH` env variable (add to .env file).
Localhost server will wait for page to render.
