tmpfs short format doc is incomplete & volume vs tmpfs behaviour is inconsistent

tmpfs does allow to pass any mount option not just size, see comment

Also the same does not work for an anonymous volume, which is unexpected. I tried several different syntaxes but couldn't make it work.
