希望增加自定义pip、npm自定义exe文件路径的设置

原因：如果电脑的pip/npm等，都是绿色版的，或者有多个版本

npm 后面有空，再添加允许修改功能吧。

1.8.2 已经发布了，可以去下载更新了。
