There's been a few changes since the last wiki updates, this is just a holder to make sure the wiki is updated appropriately when code is complete

Cleaned up docs on the wiki, it should be enough. @wkeese you may want to take a look & review, you can clone the repo via git clone https://github.com/lbod/dapi.wiki.git

Nicely done. I skimmed over it and didn't notice anything major. It does mention things like apidata/ and staticoutput/ as subdirectories, whereas I thought we had moved those to be siblings of dapi? Perhaps that just affects people that are running apache and thus using the .htaccess file?
