I suggest that let the recursion or deep as an option. Sometimes I don't want to convert nested keys, only outside keys.

@domchristie @anto1717 A CamelizeKeysShallow method would be great. I have many cases where I can convert the nested object keys in the DB Query but the top level ones still need a conversion after.

Is this being worked on? A shallow recursion option would be nice.
