I'm getting a function not defined error from the reference to the ts() function here:

CiviRemotePHP/lib/CiviCRM/API3/Exception.php

Line 31 in dc7ccd3

parent::__construct(ts($message), $code, $previous);

Removing that fixes the issue.

Was the purpose of ts() to make the value of $message safe in some way?
