I'm using CoRD 0.5.5 on OSX Lion. When I move the CoRD window to my second monitor then every time I switch sessions the window moves to the right edge of my monitor. Very annoying when I want the window in the middle of my screen.

I haven't seen that behavior in a long, long time. I'm pretty sure we had a bug like that, but it was fixed long ago.

If I get a wild hair later I might look into it and see if its something obvious...

Hi! I'm having that same issue on Lion.

Also, when using CoRD on a secondary monitor, it seems the dock's 'Auto Hiding' changes to ON, and the menu bar on top disappears.

CoRD's full screen mode predates Lion but a long long time. Using it on a secondary will still cause the dock and menubar to autohide because back then, that was the only way it worked.
