Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The tomcat directory path includes the full tomcat version
dotserver/tomcat-9.0.60

so any deployments that reference files on this path break with minor tomcat updates.

Describe the solution you'd like

DotCMS build provides a stable path to the current tomcat directory for each release, perhaps with a symlink like

dotserver/tomcat or

dotserver/tomcat-9
