Can we move the implementation of the si7021 binding over to src/devices/ ? The main idea we want is to (with the help of the community) add as much device bindings as we can in order to make it easier for people to port their apps to .NET Core, and it looks like you already bring in here part of that binding implementation so we might as well just move it there.

Sorry for the delay, I've been on vacation, but yes I intend to move this to src/devices

Looks like this is missing the README files for both the sample and the main project. It is also missing the fritzing diagram.
