Hot Reload for .NET maui

Description

I have configured all the settings for my .net Maui dev environment. But for some reason hot reload is not working.

HELP!!

Steps to Reproduce

Simply create a new .net maui app and try changing some code to see if hot reload works.

On my dev environment hot reload works fine with the Xamarin forms project but does not work with dot net Maui project.
So I am pretty sure its issue with dot net maui not VS.
