OnPageAppearing firing before the OnNavigatedTo event for a page

In Android with the latest workload there is issue

On Page appearing fires before page navigated event is fired and thus breaks the functionalities

Relevant log output

The default sample app does get this after adding overide methods for the onappearing and onnavigatedto events. Not sure this problem presists in IOS also.
