Android FlyoutPage does not display navigation bar NET 8

Description

After migrating to NET 8, the navigation bar is no longer displayed:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a FlyoutPage and set the InitialPage detailsPage (XAML):

2. OnAppearing in InitialPage calls method to define the page that will be displayed;

Verified this on Visual Studio Enterprise 17.9.0 Preview 4(8.0.3). Repro on Android 14.0-API34, not repro on Windows 11 with below Project:

Verified this issue with Visual Studio 17.10 Preview 7.0 (8.0.21). Not repro on android platform with sample project now.
