[Windows] Cannot run StyleTests.StyleClassAreCorrecltyMerged unit test in Visual Studio

Description

I cannot run StyleTests.StyleClassAreCorrecltyMerged unit test anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

Check out 39f90ee (the latest commit of main branch), then:

dotnet tool restore
dotnet build ./Microsoft.Maui.BuildTasks.slnf

then I open Microsoft.Maui-windows.slnf in my Visual Studio and I try to run the StyleClassAreCorrecltyMerged unit test in Test Explorer.

The following error appears:

My wild guess is that it is caused by #21487 by I don't really know.
