Misc workspace has a bug that it doesn't open C#/VB script file correctly when opened first time. after that, script files are opened in misc workspace correctly in dev16.

Yes, very annoying. This is an issue in Dev15 as well. I tried to figure out what the cause is but couldn't find out in a reasonable time :(.
