Version Used: latest

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to MyGet Roslyn
Download Interactive VSIX
Rename to ZIP and unpack

Expected Behavior:
CSI.EXE should be among the files

Actual Behavior:
CSI.EXE is nowhere to be found

csi.exe ships in compiler package. https://dotnet.myget.org/feed/roslyn/package/nuget/Microsoft.Net.Compilers
