Change the url to the standardized url "download.sysdig.com"

The URL change works:
Tested it on a minikube cluster on mac.

* Trying to load a system sysdigcloud-probe, if present
* Trying to find precompiled sysdigcloud-probe for 4.15.0
Found kernel config at /proc/config.gz
* Trying to download precompiled module from https://download.sysdig.com/dev/sysdig-probe-binaries/sysdigcloud-probe-0.1.1dev-x86_64-4.15.0-66728687da127bc0636deeb55c05a979.ko
Download succeeded, loading module
