When using MyPaint brushes, the unfilled rectangle tool results in broken rectangles when the dimensions are greater than 1000 in either width or height.

Fix step size calculation for shape tools

It wouldn't actually make small steps for MyPaint brushes, instead it
would just do a single stride and then stay at the same position all the
time. Now it properly does small steps, making MyPaint shapes work.

Relates to #1151.

This is fixed now and available in the continuous release: https://github.com/drawpile/Drawpile/releases/tag/continuous
