在保存维修方案时把当前维修方案中的配件名称、规格、数量、维修单价等数据保存到weixiu_fangan这个表中，同时把还要weixiu_id也要保存到weixiu_fangan这个表中，而且还要把定损核价和定损备注保存到维修表中，这样也就需要在维修表中增加定损核价和定损备注这两个字段
