have tried redownloading, running as admin, redownloading hi3.

Going to see if I can replicate this issue on my PC. If so, I will get a fix out as soon as possible.

Seems that in the recent(? I don't play the game) version(s) of Hi3 they've removed the PersonalGraphicsSetting_ registry. Which was how modifying FPS was possible.
Going to see what I can do to fix it, so sorry about this!

I've got a tempfix working, will release it within the next couple days after stronger testing.

Sorry for the delay in this, been caught up in work. Going to be rewriting the entire app & will get a fix out by the end of next week at the latest.
