pkg (which we're currently using to package cs-hud-win.exe and cs-hud-linux) has recently been discontinued.

We should replace it with either Node's single executable applications (which are still experimental), or one of the "successful forked versions of pkg" mentioned in pkg's readme.

This will also enable (and possibly require) us to move to a newer Node version.
