Backup Documentation

Qi builds backup documentation on every push to the main branch, following the recipe in Hosting Your Own Documentation.
Briefly, the backup docs are built using a GitHub Action which deploys the docs to GitHub Pages at https://drym-org.github.io/qi/. The configuration for this job is in .github/workflows/docs.yml.
