🤔 Looks like for some kind of UTAU installation, import of SynthV-exported file (standard 120bpm) will encounter tempo mismatch problem
right click on project window (white ruler-like area) tempo section, select item with ellipsis $*%..., entry BPM 118.2 and click OK.
~~Probably a bug of Moresampler, goto settings and check "duration calculated by GUI frontend (old wavtool behavior)"
