Start by looking in app/controllers/site/staff#show. It's already set up so that if you create the site/staff/photographer.html.haml view it will work, but you may want to change the controller action. Also, in terms of actually displaying pictures, it might be really cool (or might not make any sense at all) to use masonry.js.
