Include is an authentication service for creating and validating credentials. in the repo description so it shows up on third-party sites, like: https://code.gov/#/explore-code/agencies/DOE

OK, I've expanded the repo description, but https://code.gov/#/explore-code/agencies/DOE is still showing the old info.
