need to add combined vol col to hcm 6th reports. this column is 'Approach Vol, veh/h'. you're also including 'Traffic Volume (veh/hr)' right now, but just leave it in case needed

missing delay in HCM 2000. column is there but no values with mellon road intersection. look for Approach Delay (s) field for this one. I think you're currently using Delay (s), which is just at the movement level, not approach.

vols missing in HCM 2000, same issue as mellon road. is this a 5 leg issue or a normal hcm 2000 issue?
