Can't provide history of deleted objects #11

We need to keep an audit trail of objects (hosts, key values) that are deleted.

Currently simple-history deletes the history when the object is deleted. I suspect we need to replace simple-history with our own audit mechanism.

This will be a significant piece of work and include schema changes.
I'm not sure it's worth it
