Originally I used the unpaired-count heuristic for getting the UD oblique edges paired at any
location on sides UDFB. It works but is not admissable so I went through the effort of creating
a lookup-table based solution here. What I found in the end is that the unpaired-count heuristic
approach works shockingly well. There are corner cases where it will find a longer solution but
in general it runs much faster and most of the time it finds a solution of the same length.
Here is a good example where it finds a solution one step longer but runs 55x faster.
Using a pair of perfect-hash lookup tables (which is admissable) we find a 12 step solution but it takes 12.3s.
This is an unusually long solution for this phase..normally they are around 9 or 10 moves.
