Two issues remain outstanding:

Crown logo is reported as an error, but it should just be a warning pa11y reports an axe warning as an error pa11y/pa11y#623
svg role="presentation" is not supported yet role="presentation" not supported on SVG element dequelabs/axe-core#3082
