Tried using Absinthe for API: https://github.com/nelsonic/phoenix-absinthe-graphql-api
based on https://seanclayton.me/post/phoenix-1-3-and-graphql-with-absinthe by @sean-clayton

Will re-visit this once subscriptions/PubSub is ready.
