Feat: pasting a link to a GitHub issue into an item should ...

If I paste a link to a GitHub issue into an item it should automagically:

• pick up the issue title
• shorten the link to just the essential e.g. from https://github.com/dwyl/app/issues/275 to dwyl/app#275
  • Format: {owner}/{repo-name}#{issue-number}
• Pick up the labels (and their colors) on the issue and import them as tags
  • Display the tags on the item in the App UI so they are filterable.
• Maintain the link between the item and issue in links
