Feat: Wireframe lists Interface [MVP]

while it would be great to get @iteles' sketch for lists interface dwyl/app#271 (comment) 🤞
we know she is on Mat Leave 👶 for the foreseeable future ⌛
So ... we need a basic way of managing lists just so we can MVP-test this feature. 💭
With that in mind, we will build this feature using Phoenix LiveView to ship faster.
Once we have it working we can dogfood it #140
and then iterate on it for the Flutter App 👌

• Wireframe basic Single-page LiveView + Tailwind UI interface to:
  • Create new list using a Tailwind UI Forms https://tailwindui.com/components/application-ui/forms/form-layouts
  • View existing lists: https://tailwindui.com/components/application-ui/lists/stacked-lists
  • Edit the name of a list in-place for speed.
    • A separate /lists/:id/edit page will allow editing other aspects of the list such as icon/image/emoji & tags [TBD]
  • Display the number of items each list has.
