A possible incompatibility with Metro Overhaul Mod has been reported on Steam Workshop.

With MOM 9 enabled, the simulation will freeze immediately after the game completed loading. You won't be able to click on any buildings, play/pause button, and increase/decrease speed button. Other toolbar button are still clickable but have no effects due to overall simulation freezing.
