Visualization of results

Hi Ahora team,

I wonder if you have an advice on how to visualize Ahora results. There are really nice plot on you last paper that seems similar to the plota in genomicus. I wonder if that tool or similar is available for the community.

Hi Diego,

Thank you for using AGORA and Genomicus.

The only tool that is available is src/misc.compareGenomes.py. It allows you to draw either dotplot matrices or karyotypes using AGORA results.

You can have a look at closed issues #5 and #18 for more information, or feel free to ask for more help if needed.
