LOTW does not accept Prop mode: Internet
When upload from Klog V2.3.2 See screen shot from TQSL V2.6.5

I think is not a problem from KLog is a "problem" from LoTW. That propagation mode is not accepted

Exactly. INTERNET is an accepted propagation mode in ADIF.
