Ok a few notes about bump version

when you encrypt the password for pypi deployment, you have to escape special characters. that works about 50% of the time. i've had this issue with each deployment setup.
i created an account for earthlab to ensure that more of us have access to the pypi tools. it just makes sense to have multiple people be able to access things.

testing this with abc-classroom for now but may consider moving credentials for the other packages in the near future.
