Changed checksum PyTorch-1.1.0-foss-2019a-Python-3.7.2.eb

Hello, I tried to install PyTorch-1.1.0-foss-2019a-Python-3.7.2.eb on eb 4.1.1 I received a checksum error for mkl-dnn file. Apparently when the Intel team moved from intel/mkl-dnn to oneAPI they changed also something inside the mkl file, anyhow I made couple of tests and seems that just changing the old checksum to the new ones fix the problem. In attached the modified file I used
