Save user roles

Please replace these lines with a brief summary of your issue and the expected

To reproduce the bug follow the steps:

• Go to registry manager tab -> Users -> create new user -> add information about the user, add roles -> save
• the roles are not save the because the user doesn't exist yet.
• Find a way to show the roles after the user has been saved.

should have solved the issue. It was going into error when the email was not setted properly.
