Needed for: #5362

  • add postgres docker image to che (needed for keycloak)
  • add keycloak docker image to che
  • investigate issue with keycloak startup failure when db container not started in time. (add custom entrypoint) - used docker healthcheck feature
  • add keycloak configuration
  • fix permission issues with mount for keycloak on linux
  • adapt CHE CLI for che basic and CHE advanced (with keycloak, db, etc)
  • adapt init image to handle configuration of different CHE assemblies
  • fix cli tests in che-multiuser branch fix CLI integration tests in che-multiuser branch #6042
  • create needed CI automation for new images / assemblies
  • adapt release release autimation tools to these changes adopt release automation tools to changes after merge multiuser #6636
  • clean up CHE CLI if keycloak will manage oauth and etc.
