This PR contains various release engineering improvements:

The last build seems to mysteriously fail (t least I could not understand the cause) : https://ci.eclipse.org/gemoc/job/gemoc-studio/job/releng_updates/12/console

I can't understand it too, nothing in the trace looks to explain it

there is a lot of

[WARNING] Failure to transfer xxx/maven-metadata.xml from http:/xxx was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of xxx has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer metadata

in the trace, which might need some verification, but these errors also occurs in successful builds ... 🤔

I had started a manual new build just out of curiosity, and this one works: https://ci.eclipse.org/gemoc/job/gemoc-studio/job/releng_updates/13/

Last build was successful, and the new branded studio runs well on my laptop. Looks good to me, let's merge.
