The Hono InfluxDb Connector should also support the processing of Event messages. (Currently it supports telemetry messages but ignores events).

adds support for event messages in the connector

Adds the processing of Hono event messages to the connector. In addition, changes the hono client dependency as the previous one has been deprected by the Hono project.
