如题，强行上传必须指定 --force 参数，这样可以避免失误操作。

bos本身只支持同名覆盖的，很多业务线也通过这种方式来修改静态资源内容而避开频繁上线

也就是说如果要支持的话得先请求一下对应资源，不存在才可以继续上传？
