Should explain:

  • How to open a new pull request
  • How to run the tests and make sure that the code is not broken

We could also point to the AMReX documentation (Sphinx and Doxygen) as a resource for developers.

We could also add that tabs are to be avoided, and that the default indentation should be 4 spaces.
